About Facing Forward
More than a training program. A movement built on compassion.
Facing Forward's greatest strength isn't the training curriculum or even the restorative services. It's a model created where everyone has a meaningful role. We bring together salons and domestic violence organizations to educate beauty professionals, build meaningful community partnerships, and provide restorative experiences that help survivors regain confidence and move forward.
Behind every salon chair is a relationship built on trust. Every day, beauty professionals listen, encourage, and connect with the people in their chairs, from behind the chair. Facing Forward was created to help transform those everyday conversations into opportunities for safety, support, and hope.
